Anxiety returns after half a year

So for the past 6 months, I've been pretty health anxiety free.  I thought I was over it all when all of a sudden it came back when I started getting these little lumps underneath my armpit.  At first, I didn't really care, but then, the old anxiety kicked in and I started getting worried.  I don't know what the lumps are.  I don't know whether they're boils or swollen lymph nodes.

About a year ago, I had a scare that I had HIV due to unprotected sex back in January 2006.  I actually had a lump similar to these under my arm back in December 2007.  I got tested for HIV in April 2008 and I was fine, HIV negative.  I have lumps under both armpits.  They're not very big, about a third of an inch each at their largest, but there are about 5 under my right armpit and 4 under my left.  I also have a loss of appetite and I find myself getting hot easily.  Once again, I fear I have HIV.  The girl that I slept with told me over a year ago that she was clean (I called her in panic thinking she gave it to me).  I still get the wierd feeling that she's lying and the blood test I got was either wrong or my doctor lied to me.  Why else would I get these lumps which are probably swollen lymph nodes?  The only thing I can think of that could cause them for me would be HIV.  I have had all the symptoms over the past few years at least once.  I'm going to call my doctor on Monday and hopefully get retested even though I havn't slept with any girls since my past test.  I hate how instead of getting the common cold or flu, I get something wierd like swollen lymph nodes.

Google your symptoms & you'll learn that they can be caused by even a cold.  Read up on the lymph system so that you're not so freaked out.  Some people seem to have weak lungs, others stomachs.  Maybe your lymph system is the first of your body systems to show stress.  Drink pure water.  Eat pure food.  No junk of any kind.  Read Sick and Tired, by Robert O. Young.  Follow all of his advice that you can.  You can even get the live blood cell testing.  Book explains it.  I think what you're really freaking out over is guilt caused by doing what in your heart you don't believe you should do, and worrying about the consequences.  Read as much as you can to educate yourself.  Forewarned is forearmed, as the saying goes.  Good luck to you.
