Anxiety white watching TV

Hi... I am 38 Male... Healthy...anxiety problems with high heart rate, started 3 months back. Psychiatric tried it as a case of low depression given medications but did not help. Finally went to cardiologists & did all required tests. A hole measuring 4.5 mm was detected into wall of my heart. Doc. say its very small & forget it & not going to bother you. My problem is that whenever I am watching Television my heart beats increases & I feel very anxietious. It also happens when I am sexually excited.. Dont know what is it all about. I have started with beta blockers, they help me great & I feel safe & protected.  I have physically no problem at all. No Chest/Arm Pains, Can Jog for 2-3 Kilometers.
I am always afraid of anxiety attacks. Can some one tell me what exectly the problem is... regards

everyone who has anxiety attacks fears them.  the keys are to accept that they are not going to kill you, recognize when they are coming and try to calm yourself down.  a therapist can help you with this. or perhaps a different medication would be more effective?
