I also have leg muscle cramps and twitching (which I have finally convinced myself was from anxiety, plain and simple.) The new gastroparesisGastroparesis has me worrying again....what if the muscle twitching and gastoparesis are related (i.e. ALS, MS, etc)??
My muscle twitching does definately go away when I exercise and when I am not thinking about it....so that is the main reason I had convinced myself it was anxiety. I read in 1 place that ALS-related muscle twitching does not go away with acitvity or exercise.
Anyone else have this problem or can you give some re-assurance?
