Anxiety?

Im a 28 yr old male and im curious if anyone has felt these symptoms before. Ive been dealing with anxiety for many years now and within the past couple of months I get a feeling like my heart isnt beating fast enough. I dont know if im holding my breath or what but when this happens if I breath more it seems to beat faster. Usually with anxiety I thought your heart rate rises but with me it seems to slow. Ive been to a cardio and had every test done and the only thing found was benign pvc's. Im usually a very active person but I am scared to go to the gym and run due to the fact that im scared I have a heart condition they have missed. Hope to get some insight....Thanks

Its hard to explain the feeling. My heart rate doesnt slow down for an extended period of time just for like 3-5 beats then if i breath fast it goes back to normal. Its so hard to explain unless you have experienced it. Ive had an EKG, echocardigram, stress test and 30 event monitor and the only thing that showed up was pvc's. I dont get it, im scared to go to the gym or play softball (2 things I love) and everyday all I do is worry about my heart.

If you stop breathing it well slow down a little and then start breathing itll cut back into gear, i get that all the time.

If you check it on your wrist then it well feel as if its beating harder depending on hard you press.

With your neck (were i check) it well feel likes its barley pushing if you head is down and if you can put your head up and tighten the skin and muscle closer to your neck and press in the right spot it'll feel very hard as if its trying to pump really HARD!

So the hardness is from the way your touching/checking it and your little bit of Anxiety is making you think its not doing its job when it is...

"I'm wondering if i have social anxiety cause it seems to happen a lot when I'm talking/around people" Nah its just what your doing is on the fly and checking it  randomly and your with people its all just your Anxiety making you think is not doing its job again and that's its barely pumping.

Im 20 and my heart is always around 60 beats when im awake and what not and when i go to bed or wake up it drops to about 45 or so, which is perfectly normal, the main thing here is not to check or heart rate ever agian! Just stop, im always checking it cause im afriad itll stop or something and ill die, and if i dont check it thats when its gonna happen to me, but the best thing to do is stop checking it and youll see a bigger difference, the only issue now is when you go to bed you have nothing to think about but your health and you end up checking it or feeling your heart beat when you lie on your chest to go to sleep, so i dont like sleeping on my back but i try to hold myself up on a 45 degree angle on my side/back and go to sleep and make sure to keep your arm away from your chest or youll feel your heart beat as well and get you worring!

Spend the rest of the day after you read this telling yourself that you wont check your heart cause , remember that back in the day when you never use to check it you were 100% fine! :)

Hope it helps, Im still trying to get out of it but im doing much much better by not checking!
