Anxiety?

The other day I was sitting on the couch trying to relax when all of a sudden I got this strange feeling in my head. It felt as if my brain went fuzzy/heavy. Lasted a few seconds and then came a little dizzy spell along with an anxiety attack!  I've been suffering from anxiety for years, actually had a CT scan 8 months ago because I thought i had a brain tumor! Came back normal.. Should I be concerned about this? or out it off as another anxiety symptom? Thanks

I don't always practice what I preach, but I know exercise should help, proper diet, try to watch the amount of sugar and sugar substitues you ingest also keep caffeine to a minimum.

I have found the paperback Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes to be helpful.  You can find it in most bookstores or they will order it for you.

My best to you!

I get those same weird feelings out of the blue, its hard to explain but it's really freaks me out.  Plus I'm too afraid to take any meds!  I just wish I knew something I could do to help me get back to normal again.

My anxiety attacks usually come out of nowhere.  I'm always asking myself...Is this an anxiety attack or something else?!   From just what you are describing, it certainly sounds like anxiety to me!  Are you taking any antianxiety medications?
