Anxiety

My confidence is low aaswell as my self esteem, I can't keep eye contact with anyone, not even family members, I choke every time I do, I feel emotional, my face turns red and it's a pathetic feeling. Mine happens when I talk to people and sometimes randomly. Very rarely I feel normal and can do anything from singing in public to talking to random people. But mostly I feel very down for no apparent reason, I need help, it is affecting me. Also I have been through a lot mentally and physically.

I never used to be this shy when I ws little! And yeah my heart does beat fast to the point my whole chest beats along with it and I can feel the thump of the heart beat. My doctor also said I have anxiety and gave me propranalol it numbed me down for a few months and then even on propranalol it ws still worse after a while. The feeling is not very good. And my GP also said something about fight or flight when she first spoke to me. This all happened after my operation to my right shoulder. As for my diet it is pretty messed up, it's all over the place. Thanks for your help.

I am sorry that you are going through this-  You sound extremely shy and you could see a doctor and have them run tests on you-  you need to check your hormones and your adrenal glands. sounds like you have anxiety- does you heart beat fast when you are talking to people?  you may have high levels of cortizol ( I am sorry if I am spelling it wrong,  the fight and flight syndrome, but you are keeping it bottle up-- what  is your diet?  stay away from sugar, white and processed foods,  more lean proteins and fruits and veggies. A better diet with exercise will make you feel better!!   I wish you the best-
