im new to this website and still trying to figure out how it works lol.
For many years now i have suffered Depression/Anxiety,it has caused me to have suicidal thoughts on several occasions..i have made many many visits to the Doctor and been prescribed many many different types of Antidepressants but with no great results.
I have tried many other methods to try and help myself with this horrid illness,i was just hoping and wondering if anyone who,m might read this have any ideas for me..and does anyone share and feel the way i do??
Thanks for your reply
Have been spoken to by a psychiatrist, but it was at a time when i was at a very low ebb and i dont remember anything that was said to me.
I am under a Mental Health Team and i am visited once weekly by one of them.
I listen to them speak to me,and try so hard to be positive, but as you yourself have Suffered and Are Suffering with Anxiety...You will know that its not always easy to be Positive.
