Anxiety

Does anyone get anxiety for days at a time, non stop?  I've had attacks that last for days and it's horrifying.  Since my doctor increased my dose it has stopped but I am afraid everyday that I will get one of these attacks.  When I'm having these attacks, I can't sleep because I will have night terrors (nightmares with waking up suddenly) and I'll cry non stop.  The best way to explain it would be like being on a roller coaster and when you reach the top and just about to plung down the tracks is the best way I can explain the feeling. I worry all the time that I don't get it.  I have taken days off work, because it doesn't last for 10 minutes like most people say, this is non stop for days.  Does anyone get this type of anxiety?  Thanks...Jillybn

I'm on celexa, 40 mg and its helped alot....
it took awhile..a long while.. but u have to understand u have to learn to control urself, and i know its hard...I promise it gets better...sometimes u have to try a couple of meds to find one that works...

I haven't heard of anyone who gets it for days....how did you handle it?
