Anxiety??or..

Hello all we'll about 2 months ago after igot back from a skiing trip I was just sitting on the computer and all of a sudden I couldn't breathe and had to call 911 they came out and everything was fine. Next day I was worrying about it and right as i woke up got all numb through out my body(everywhere)and once again I couldn't take deep breathes, this time I went to hospital. They did a EKG and some bloodwork cause they were thinking it was a blood clot (I'm 17) everything was fine they just thougt it was asthma, which it isnt cause i got that checked to.A week past and I'm fine really didn't think much bout it. Well then another week comes and I develop a stuffy nose and burping Aton, I go to a family doctor cause I feel so bad and they do more bloodwork and find out that I have walking pneumonia and also gave me acid reflux pills and I get prescribed an antibiotic for pneumonia. On our way to pick it up in the car I was breathing thru my nose and all of a sudden like stopped breathing, I forget but started to shake really fast and couldn't take deep breathes just like day 1 and  2.( but what I don't get is I had those fast shakes before and I could take deep breathes but this time I couldn't get a breathe in??)  I then took my antibiotic for 4 days and that helped my breathing a bunch but was still burping 200 times a day ! I continue to look up symptoms about what I have and the numbness was related to ms so freaked me out more, I went to the doctor bout 3 times that week and everything was fine just did more. Blood work. About 2 weeks later still feeling not normal,and I'm still burPing, so I get a egd done where they put a scope down your throat and that was normal but continued to burp and that causing me to have problems taking deep breathes with all air in me. also still have stuffy nose thru all this. Plus I was getting really dizzy and bluriness and ear ringing popping and really bad head pains that I think are from Sinus infection. The doctor prescribed A ulcer treating medicine even tho I didn't have one but it helped my burping a bunch ,but after taking  the medicine for ulcer  I started having trouble taking deep breathes again(before that medicine I could take deep breathes pretty well for about 2 weeks) and the day after the first dose I woke up and was dizzy all day really bad dizziness and for about 2 weeks I've been shaking but it was really bad that day my tremors happen when I bend down or grab a object or just stand still I will shake. And my dizziness is still here after 4 days it usually only comes and go just like u deep breathing is coming and going a swell I just don't kno what it is... Anxiety?ms?clogged ear making me dizzy?acid reflux? Please help! Also I don't do drugs or drink or drink caffeine please someone tell me if it's anxiety I'm scared also I've had anxiety before but I don't get how it would cause all of this

Well i went to doctors yesterday, and they said there was some fluid in there i guess. But my nose has been stuffed up for a month+ with around 7 nose bleeds, my head feels like a hundred pounds, my ears have been popping around the same time my nose got stuffed up. So i think my dizziness is something to do with my whole head being stuffed up, constant aches in  my face. But i also get aches in my legs, and they feel heavy, what you think that is about. Im freaked out my symptoms relate to MS, i told my doctor about this and he had me do some coordinate tests like walking on heels, ect. He said it was fine and i dont have MS but i dont believe him. I also had a counselor appointment to day and he is saying my numbness is through anxiety but i also told him bout my past and he said i had it back then to, but i never felt numbness, other then in head, and never shaking.. like i have been for 3 weeks... im just confused

The ulcer medication your Dr prescribed is not just for ulcers. It's for extra stomach acid that can cause the burping and such. Did they check your ears to see if anything was going on with them? If you have an ear infection it can cause dizziness. Yes, It's sounds to me like you're having some anxiety but, I can understand why after all you've been through with your health.
