Any one take Sam-E for anxiety
Does anyone take Sam-E for anxiety and if so what do you think of it?
SAMe is an anti-depressant (also helps with the body's production of energy and can help with inflammation, but MSM is much cheaper for that purpose). If you're an anxiety sufferer, other remedies are more appropriate. Also keep in mind that when using natural remedies they are usually used in combination, not singly, for best results.

I still confuse anxiety and depression for some reason. Working on getting that straight.
