Anyone else?
I have been feeling a lot more calm lately, I think it's because I've been hanging out with close family members doing fun things. But I have trouble sleeping at night... It's like when I try to sleep I think too much of the dream and I freak out. Like I was dreaming of my cousin talking to me, and I freaked out because It seemed real and I'm scared that ill think the dream is real life. I've also been experiencing really minor twitches in small parts of my body. I'd really like someone answer :/
