Anyone feel pain in thier heart during a panic attack?

For those that had a panic attack when your heart goes BOOM BOOM BOOM, was it painful? Not uncomfortable but painful like your heart is pumping and the blood can't come out. Or is it more of a flush feeling like butterflies in your heart beating hard and fast?

Please excuse my spelling in the title I still type with 4 fingers. I just wanted to know if that type of pain feeling was normal in a panic attack or if people felt something different during a panic attack.

yes, with me i've had the BOOM BOOM feeling with some panic attacks and sometimes my chest hurts too. but mainly it's the very fast heartbeat. i think we panic sufferers will agree that there are all kinds of things that can happen during a panic attack.take care. remar
