Anyone feel pressure on their heart

Sometimes I feel this pressure on my chest right where my heart is, it doesnt necessarily happen when im anxious, but happens out of the blue, could this be a result of my anxiety? Should it be something to worry about

Short answer to that question is yes.  Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms even when we are not anxious.  We sometimes tend to become oversensitized to our bodily feelings and can catacstrophicsize our thinking.  Having said, that if you haven't raised these concerns with you doctor, ensure you do just to rule out any medical causes, but if they reassure you, in my opinion, you need to trust them.  I spent months fighting the docs before I finally accepted the fact it was anxiety.  Keep us posted!

That tight sensation could also be muscular and have nothing to do with your heart - a doctor question, of course. And your heart is more toward the middle, rather than the right, but have it checked anyway. Hang in.
