Yes. Not getting enough rest... and relaxation time sure builds up on me... and I will usually will go into an anxiety spell from that. It's b/c I don't "feel right" when I'm not letting myself relax enough.. and have a good sense of "well being". I don't like feeling "OFF"... so that's what makes me have anxiety.
Just try to give yourself more "YOU" time and relax... and excersise. =) That helps me greatly! Eating good helps lots too!
