Best to try to find the trigger that starts the Anxiety ,thoughyts are sometimes the things that start it off and stressful situations, Try to have positive talks to yourself when you feel it coming on, You sound as if you are doing pretty well and thanks for the positive input.

u just look at ur own life. when u not suffered with enyting. that time also, some times u got it. but tat time u not feel any anxity, u thought it is normal life cycle.But when something happened special in ur life u thought i am going to sick or anything, take everything in a posetive way. i am also suffered like u. to day i am 90 percent free from all of thing. but one thing,if u really feel bad, u just go to ur doctor.
