Has anyone any ideas as to why when i do breathing exercises even for just 30 seconds I feel strange symptoms.....not the same as the anxiety really....they are a bit different....more like sort of very bad dizzyness and nausea and a feeling of sort of travelTravel sickness sickness......could this be my body adjusting to the relaxed feeling or me breathing too deep? its weird cuz its what id imagine hyperventilation does to you...yet im breathing the slow and deep not fast and shallow..... please help cuz if this is something that is a good sign I really want to know....I want to get out of this hell hole...
