Been feeling really weird can someone help please!
Hello My Name is Anthony I am 21 and have been feeling really weird lately.
These past couple days I my body has been really gassy, mainly threw my throat. When I breath my throat makes a vibrating noise. This would happen time to time but not so frequent and I can't burp so there is no other way to bring it up.
I am not going to the bathroom as much as I should either. I have a normal 3 to 4 meals a day and I usually only go once. There is some constipation as well.
Another thing is my body feels weak, its on and off some days I don't some days I do. As I type this now my legs and neck are really sore. I also sometimes get really tired, light headed, blurred vision and my 2 eyes will twitch when I look up. Also some nights my body gets really hot and feel a bit of nausea. I thought it was the stomach flu since everyone around seems to be getting it but Ive been feeling like this the past couple weeks which is scaring me.
If someone can give me a idea what I am dealing with it would be great. Thank you :)
There is no disease with these symptoms that anyone on this forum can diagnose so the doctor is always the first place to go for when you are feeling not normal. Most likely you are ok but just overly anxious and relating a number of things htat you haven't noted before.
For instance, the eye twitching can't be related to gas or constipation but you are probably overly conscious of your body at the moment. Humans blink 15 - 20 times per minute but if you aren't aware of that stat you might be worried your eyes are drying too much.
