Best Medication?

Okay so this is a quick and easy Question to all of you. I have been diagnosed with extreme anxiety and Panic attacks and it went away for awhile but now it is back full force. I have been having more stress in my life then normal and that is usually will onset an anxiety/ panic attack but it is also something that I can not live with right now. I do not want to go into detail about the anixety bc I could fill up pages but lets just say it is the commen syptomes (tingly hands and arms and legs, nausea, vomitting, unknown fear, etc). I can not take anit-depressants (for reasons I do not feel I need to discuss and I do not mean that rudely). I am a twetny six year old female with alot of healthe problems and this has sort of come back full effect. So in anyones opinions (and the answers will be appreciated) off knowing just what I have told you what is the best anxiety medicine that any of you have tried with the least side effects?
Thank you all for your help and god bless all of you :

This is defintiely a question for your doctor.  He/she would prescribe based on your medical history, etc.  I've only ever taken Xanax for anxiety.  I used to suffer from horrible panic attacks & was diagnosed with panic disorder years ago.  I experienced no side effects whatsoever..no drowsiness, depression, etc.  The only thing I noticed was a terribly dry mouth at night.  Still, that's something I don't mind coping with.  I'm taking two pills daily at a dose of 0.25mg.  Hope this helps.

P.S.  Just two weeks ago, I had been prescribed Cipralex.  The side-effects listed were so frightening that I asked if I could just resort back to the Xanax.

Hi Angel.  I'm 47 and have some health problems and can't take AntiD's.  The best medicine I have found for anxiety / panic attacks is Valium.  I tried Ativan one time years ago,  but I didn't like it.  Valium has been deemed safe for me to take by my specialists when considering my other health issues.   Also, I take a low-dose beta blocker  (heart medicine usually prescribed for high blood pressure but also used off label to treat anxiety disorders) every morning that has also been deemed safe for me to take.  It was prescribed by my cardiac doc and psychiatrist for the fast heart rate.  I do not take the Valium every day, though, because I'm afraid of tolerance / addiction issues and rebound anxiety.  If I know I'm going to be in particularly stressful situation, such as a doctors appointment I'm dreading,  or even going to Walmart which I hate- lol, I take 5 mg before I go, and it works wonders.  Both the Toprol 25 mg daily and the Valium 5 mg every 4 - 5 days have been a life saver for me.  I hope you'll find the right ones for you!   They're out there - just keep looking and trying.  Best of luck - with all of your health!
