Best med for panic?

Hey what would be the best med for panic attacks that i could take everyday? I know it's different for everyone but what worked for you? Thanks everyone

This is something you have to discuss with your dr. At one point I used xanax on an "as needed" basis. Now I have Ativan. I try not to take it unless I have too because I don't want to become dependent on it.

I would make an appointment with your dr to figure out which would be the best medicine for you.
