Why are you taking your blood pressurePressure ulcer so often anyway? Are you anxious when you're not with her? I guess so which is why you're at this site.
Try regular exercise (needs to be to the point of puffing), regular healthy eating, regular sleep, keeping busy, practicing some breathing/meditation techniques (heaps of advice on line: best one for me is to clear the mind by trying to look for light/colours when eyes are shut), cut back on coffee, alcohol, stress.
You never know, your blood pressure may be normal 99% of the time, but just jumps when you take the test as you get worried about the result. Giving yourself your own form of white coat hypertension.
Try self-help measures and take a doctor's advice on the blood pressure.
