Brain tumor without headache?

Well, its ben a while since i was here, but im expierenceing the following: about a month ago i got head pains after coming out of one anxiety health scare (i tend to slip out of one and into the other). Not a headache, but just pains and odd sensations in the back of my head (Spread randomly in the back of my head). Now within days it  moved from the back to my right side, then to my left, and now its back at my right and staying there. Its just these odd sensations, tingling, verry verry minor little pains, verry minor shooting pains all wich come at random, (ive had nausea in the morning also but way before i had my ehadache, i tend to eat alot at night right before i sleep). Mostly my feelings are on my right, but every once in a while they are on the left too. I also expierence pressure (more common thn the pains, wich rarely even occour). I have had a bad sinus problem for years too.

Can this be a tumor? Its driving me mad.

My sister has glisoma brain cancer for 18 months now, she has no headaches!! Does there have to be headaches present at the final stages?

About 5 days ago, I started having a very strange headache.  My head would hurt only when I move it in certain direction (when I move it up and down as if I was nodding "yes"), it would stop hurting during the day, when I am in vertical position.  The pain would come back when I go to bed (lay down).  The pain is very minor, it does not keep me awake, and when I don't move my head, it doesn't hurt at all.  I don't have any other unusual/abnormal symptoms.  I could live with this headache, but I am scared that I might have a brain tumor or something like that.  I have never had anything like that before; that's why I am concerned.  I appreciate anyone's comments!  Thanks so much!!!

It sounds like tension headaches to me, too...however, to put your mind at ease, go visit your doctor.

Hi I am no doctor but I have heard about your symptoms somewhere else and I think that its a tension headache, tension headaches move around from the sides of your head and back their not usually severe enough to interfere with daily activities so maybe thats your problem as for the nausea that could be a number of minor problems even so much as eating before bed so don't eat yourself up about it ok. GOOD LUCK!!!.
