I am trying to quit the meds (busparBuspar Buspar dividose and ativan) and was wondering does the breathing help with dizziness and nervousness in the stomach. The anxiety that I have exspierenced has not been a racing heart all the time. I t generally starts in the belly then I become dizzy. Horrible fealing by the way.
Back to the original question does the breathing help with this? I usually dont have many attacks anymore but had one out of the blue on sat. I told myself I was going to be fine but it still came on anyway. My heart did not race during this period. The funny thing was I was working fine then pow it come on l;ike a ton of bricks. I try to do a few minutes of breathing an hour to keep my body from becoming stressed. I know it calms a racing heart but I didnt know about the rest of the anxiety issues.
Any in put would be awesome.
I just started a therapist. Its funny I am in the middle of one right now. popped out of nowhere. again no racing heart. Just feals like I am uneasy in my stomach and a bit of dizzyness. These are horrible. I am going to try breathing to see if it will go away.
