Brian Fog/Heavy Eyes

Hello, I am sure you have received a post such as this many times- as I have already ready some not too dissimilar. I have always had a bit of general anxiety all my life. Not social anxiety- I guess just anxious anticipation and constant worrying about the future. Anyways, about 5 years ago when I was a sophmore in college, I woke up one day with heavy eyes. I experienced a brain fog that has lasted to the present day. My symptons are very similar to those of many others on this site. I have very heavy eyes every day, I experience brain fog (inability to concentrate, memorize, brain fatigue, etc.), I have experienced a loss of sexual desire from time to time, I almost have to sleep perfectly flat so that my arms don't go numb, sometimes I get ear pressure, I am often fatigues, and it seems to elevate my symtoms when I drink alcohol. I have been taking fish oil and St. John's Wort with hopes to alleviate this tragic problem of mine, but nothing seems to work. Can somebody out there point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I don't feel this is anxiety either.  I would see your doc and go from there.

I don't think your symptoms represent depression, you need to get a good exam by your doctor.
