Burning Skin sensation

My wife goes to bed at night and gets up with severe burning sensation on her arms, chest, back and face. it also burns when she puts on her cloths. She can;t wear 95 % of her close.

Sorry to hear that your wife is going through this.  I too have that sensation, it's quite difficult to describe.  The best I can describe what I feel is a cross between a sun burn/carpet burn/electric shock feeling.  I don't experience it in such a wide spread area as your wife, but I get patches of skin that feel that way.  It will last for a few days and disappear just a quickly as it appeared.  It is so annoying and can be painful at times.  I have had anixety for 7 years and have had this particular symptom for just over a year now.  You didn't mention if your wife had anxiety or not, but if she has been diagnosed with anxiety chances are it is a symptom of her anixety disorder.  If not, I would recommend that she see a doctor, just to be on the safe side.  I hope this helps, and you both felt well today!
