CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) & Depression

I just need some help because I dont know what to do?
I am 24 years old and I feel I have CBT.
I seem to over analiyze everything.....for example: when I want to put the kettle on I will think well I will need to turn the switch on at the wall first because If I fill the kettle up and get water on my hands then switch the kettle on at the wall I might get electricuted & I cant go on holiday because the plane might crash & Im getting married next year but I feel I might pass away before then & I really want a baby but I feel there will be complications and I might pass away....you get what Im trying to say.
I just think negative about everything, even when positive thoughts come into my head they quickly check out again. It is worse than what I have wrote on here but its so hard to explain it.
I dont know what to do, can anyone help me?

You have CBT? CBT is a type of treatment. It is not something you can catch. You sure you didn't mean OCD? Though by what you are saying it sounds more like you have a death phobia. A fear that everything will lead to death. Maybe you could do with some CBT. To help you out. Show you ways to cope. It is like we have to learn everything we already knew all over again.
