CONTROLING MY LIFE

ok, so ive been on this site for 2months...back and forth like i have been doctors just trying to get answers to whats controling my life right now...so it started 2months ago i was hospitalised for dehydration, reflux, chest pain, shortness of breath, dizzyness, fatigue and heart pulps...since then ive gone through hell...i have seen a GI doctor, cardiologist and several regular MO's. the test ive gone through are 4 EKG's, 3 blood tests, holter monitor, neck ultrasound, echocardiogram, stress test, barium swallow, CT scan on head, 2 xrays on chest, endoscopy...pretty much the lot!!
all come back normal cept arythmia on the holter and reflux in the endoscopy, so you'd think ide be releived but i cant bacause im suffering severe 'anxiety' now 24/7...i have no control over it, it just comes from nowhere even when i dont feel anxious over anything, its taken over my life and to think i was 'normal' 2months ago and nothing happened in my life to bring it on it literally appeard outta the blue, this is the reason i feel its not anxiety even tho all my docs are convinced it is....my reflux is constant its not acidic, im burping 24/7 and take nexium to relieve it but it barely does, i dont kno weather its conected in anyway but my heart feels like it thumps at times then i need to burp..how could this be conected?? i also have heart pulps alot and sharp pains in the 'heart area'(not heart burn) and my cardiologist has put me on metoprolol 12.5mg(a quarter of the tab) twice a day but i makes me feel really tired and funny, i dont like it even tho my heart hasnt raced or had stabbing pains in days, but it pumps scary slow now and i still get the thump feeling followed by the need to belch, is this normal?? i just want to know is anyone thinks reflux and heart pulps are connected and how it is...?? i know alot could be conected to anxiety but i feel this causes the anxiety not the other way round....i also cant drink alcohol for my heart races and i get the stabbing pain...im 21 next week and i weight 54kgs and generally been healthy my whole life, this has been a massive set back on my life and i just wanna be back to the ways things were.....please any help would be greatly appreiated !!

Has anything happened in your life, either good or bad, recently?
Anxiety doesn't need a reason to rear it's ugly head.  However, it is most frequently ignited by an event or period of stress or change.   When you first experience it's severe symptoms it's impossible to conceive that 'anxiety' can be doing this to me, since you have experienced anxiety before and it was never anything like this.  The thing is anxiety is like a virus.  Most people get the cold or flu virus but a virus can be as bad as the AIDS virus. They are all viruses but they are hardly similar in any way.
What you describe sound like typical symtoms of anxiety and the impact on your life is also typical.  It is great that you are doing everything you can to get better. Now believe your doctors and get checked for anxiety.  You've seen specialists now see a specialist for it, a psychiatrist.  Your nervous system contols EVERYTHING in your body and your thoughts as well.  When it goes 'off' it can and does effect ANY part of your body.  It has a number of causes and there are a number of treatments for it.  Go to the one best trained to deal with it and see it day in and day out.  They will consider ALL reasons for it's cause and find the best treatment for you.  They will work with your current doctors to get you the relief you need.
Many here have gone thru what you are going thru.  It's very confusing for you and seems like there is no answer and no end in sight.  But believe there are answers and you can find them.
Let us know if we can help and how you make you.
