Calms Forte?

I picked up this stuff called Calms Forte at the grocery store tonight. It's supposed to help you feel RELAXED, and help you sleep. My Dr. gave me Ativan to help me sleep and help my nerves, but I dont want to get hooked on that stuff, even though its only .5mg.

Just wanted to know if anyone has heard of this Calms Forte and if its safe to take while on anti-depressants?

i take ativan now and than like once a month or everyother , its a great med but to much is a bad thing its not a long term drug. hope this other works out for you. best of luck.

im not positive but when i get home from work ill look into cause i might try it myself lol.
