Can I take Benadryl after taking hydroxyzine

Does anyone know if I can take a Benadryl 5hrs after hydroxyzine 10mg. The doctor said the hydroxyzine would help me sleep better but it's not and I want to take a Benadryl

Hydroxyzine is a very mild drug. Pretty much pointless I would try to switch to buspirone for anxiety before going to a benzo

Just to say, Buspar has never shown in clinical studies to actually work. It's only accepted use now is in combination with an ssri. This doesn't mean it never works, but it seldom works.

Call your pharmacist. And try to find a therapist and solve this problem, as using drugs to help you sleep can result in worse insomnia. If possible you want to get back the ability to relax.
