Can anxiety cause my fingers to tremor?

Since February I have been under a lot of stress and have been dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. It started with chest pain, then muscle twitches, and now i developed hand and finger tremors as well as my arm, legs, and feet shake sometimes too. I am really worried about my left pinky and ring finger having these tremors when my hand is at rest or I am on a computer. its been about 2 months now and i have these tremors, is this normal, will it go away? i am worried about disease but my neuro says its not too bad. CAN MONTHS AND MONTHS OF WORRY, STRESS, ANXIETY, PANIC ALL CAUSE MY FINGERS TO SHAKE/TREMOR AS AN AFTER EFFECT OF ALL OF THIS?

thanks for the reply but honestly how long can these finger and hand tremors last. especially when at rest, holding my phone or remote, even on keyboard. i feel like i cant hold my hand and fingers still and ive been on ativan for 1 week now. how can this be anxiety related how can it last for a little over 2months now???

symptoms can stay with us for as long as we allow them to if it is constantly on your mind you are fueling the situation,if you are really worried then go back to your docs for further tests just to put your mind at ease,do you lift anything heavy that you havent in the past?

if i sit around all day ill lose my mind. i lift weights curls, bench presses, ride my bike and it all helps only for the tremors to come back. i woke up this morning trying to eat with a fork in my hand and it doesnt shake from me putting it down or up to my mouth but if i hold it in the air in front of my mouth its like a small spasming or at least the fork look sshaky and it drives me mad!!! only really noticable by me but i fear the worse goddamn this is crazy im seeing my pschy sat he better not give me no ******** this is really screwing with my damn mind even when not anxious i have tremors wtf kinda **** is that?? im sorry for the language but i feel like im losing it for reaal.

see now i gets all that and floaters in my eyes everyday,some days are worse than most,had tests done and i have damaged the nerves in my neck,sounds crazy i know ,just a thought for you to have checked out.

I have the exact same thing.  Refuse to understand why my fingers are ALWAYS shaking.  Its kind of everwhere.  Always been anxious and never had this happen.  Going on several months now.  Sometimes it's worse than others.  When I drink it's much better.  Typing is the worst.  Hands dont shake when I'm asleep or they are in a relaxed position.  But when I try to do anything they are all over the place.  Having the same worries that most people seem to be...is it some nasty neuro disorder.  I feel like I'm weak but my muscles test fine.  My shoulders are up to my ears now, most likely from stress.  But then I worry that my neck muscles are weak and its just more evidence of ALS or something.  I'm driving my wife nuts.  It all I think about and I'm becoming more and more depressed.  Have a neuro apt on Monday.  I pray he tells me I'm crazy.
