Has anyone found any helpful books about anxiety? I have one by David Carbonell on beating the PanicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia Trick (it's a workbook) that's been pretty good, but I'm looking for possible other interesting or helpful reads. Thanks!
I like a book, and i don't know the author (sorry!) called "The Feeling Good Handbook"
it really makes you feel good- and has a lot of what you are going through w/anxiety and panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia and puts it into perspective- i read it years ago - it is worth checking it out of the library-
