Doz any one get an electric shock feeling in their stomach? like a scared feeling? to do with anxiety if so will it kill u or cause damage any how? im scared i have them alot. how can i controll them?

I sometimes get electric shock feelings all over my body early in the morning. I have no idea what causes them, and it is scary. But I don't think it can hurt you.

i to get these feelings in my back and front. they are related to anxiaty and they wont hurt you.you must keep on telling yourself that its anxiaty because like me another symptom develops. have a word with your gp. he may give you something to calm you down.
