Can this be caused by anxiety or am i having a brain tumour?

Hi all i just joined recently, just would like to know if these can be caused by anxiety. Recently i had a panic attack about a month or two ago, and after taking medications i felt that i was over my anxiety. And recently, i found it hard to use the right words in my sentences for example i will be like 'so dad, what was the score for yesterday's game between chelsea and liverpool and he will be like one to nothing and i will be like wow, did they win the uhh, what was dat u call it again? and my father would reply championship? then i will be like oh ya..' so is this my worrying or am i having a brain tumour, also i tend 2 worry alot. And there was ONCE when i woke up in the middle of the night at about 4am+, i had this pain in my head and i kept vomiting but after i slept for awhile, i stopped the vomiting but i still had a slight pain in my head. the pain was something like a migraine. But it disappeared the next day.
P.S. the day before the headache i ate quite late and when straight to sleep.
Am i just stressed, worrying too much or are my anxiety attacks going to come back again?

The vomiting and headache sounds like a migraine....my friend gets that and vomits almost every time she gets one....Also, I tend to forget a lot of words just like you...I think it is because I am always thinking of so many things at once and or worrying about something etc.

I doubt very much that it is a brain tumor, but I always believe in going to a doctor for a complete physical and so on to rule out other things first.

Since you had one anxiety attack and continue to worry it sounds like you could be heading for an anxiety disorder....what I suggest right now is to STOP!!!  Don't start worrying over every little thing and evey pain and ache...if you do, you will end up on here with the rest of us!!!  (Not that it is a bad thing!  Just wish it was under different circumstances!!)

Best to you.

Keeping busy is the best and self talk until you believe it...there are many books written on the topic of anxiety and phobia...check them out at the local library...if need be, a psychologist is your best resort.  Most of us on this site have one...(I think!)

Hey. i know you feel. i worry ALL THE TIME!! i've for years thought i had a brain tumor. and YOUR NOT ALONE!! there are so many people like you.

The syptoms (symptoms) you are saying are deff a mirgrine. i get them alot, i dont vomit tho, i feel like im going to tho. but if your really worried go see a doctor and get a head CT, it might reasure you. just dont worry about things. try not and think about what your feeling physical and try and not exam everything. it all anxiety. it sucks i know but you'll get threw it.

Try taking nice warm baths with candles and all that nice stuff or take a walk at sunset. do something relaxing :) take care and best wishes.
