Can't breathe good high bp anxiety

For almost 3 years now I been having shortness of breath and I am constantly yawning to fulfill that breathless feeling I have ever since I had a cat scan done back in 2013 for my neck. When the dye went in me that they used my heart raced and ever since then my blood pressure is always rising and going down like 120/80 130/80 136/86 128/84 105/95. I'm so scared and thinking I ruined my life and that I'm going to die very soon of a stoke or heart attack I want to go on bp Medicene but they never mention it my doctors please can someone write me back no one is responding to me I need a lot of help I don't want to die at 18 or even in a few years either :(

I know it's really hard that's why it what makes us a lot stronger than other. I also get nervous and worry when I feel the "symptoms" and it's the worst. Anxiety is a very vicious cycle BUT, We may be living with fear, but we shouldn't be fearing our lives. Best

Yeah it feels very tender and when I move my chest it hurts ugh it's so annoying and yeah that's what my doctor told me. She told me to just relax and live alittle cause as soon as you know it your gonna be an old lady haha. Yeah that's true we can take control of our anxiety and turn our lives around. Anxiety is very hard to deal with :(

Knowing that it feels tender to touch, you can relax because it's more musculoskeletal. We're on the same boat, my chest and left arm also seems tender to touch when I feel pain. They said that at our age, stroke, heart attack, any age-related disease are extremely unlikely and chances are very slim. And it's really scary to develop it so we have many more time to prevent it from occuring. Anxiety just make us worry for the future that's why it deprives our present.

I'm going through the exact situation as you except I don't have a machine to check my blood pressure. I only seen my readings when I'd go to the doctors or the cvs pharmacy where I live. I am nervous too about my blood pressure it usually is 130/80 or sometimes 120/80. My highest was 105/95 and  I think once it was 140/80 it's always going up and down I worry if I might have a stroke or heart attack :(. I wake up with a sore chest that when I touch it sometimes it feels tender to touch

Wow! It's really what plagues me. I'm also 18 and obsessed with my bp. Every time I do something like drinking water, etc. i would find myself checking my bp. My highest was 140/100 when in panic, and my often bp is 100/80. I'm really concerned about my diastolic and I also experience chest and left arm pains that scares me much more. Hope we all get through this

Doctors say as long as your bp is not constantly over 140/90 then your ok.
You should take your pressure once a week and make sure you rest for 10 mins before hand make sure u use ur left arm, sitting on chair with arm on a desk and legs uncrossed!
Hope this helps!!

Hi I am also obsessed with blood pressure since I got a reading in emergency a&e of 160/96 when usually I am around 120/80 to 130/85
I suffer health anxiety and bought a blood pressure monitor - I can take my bp it's 125/84 then walk upstairs and back down do it again and it can be 128/95 for example - blood pressure changes constantly depending what you are doing id say yours looks good!!
