Celexa side affects

I was previosly on Celexa 20mg and was stepped up to 40mg in the last couple of weeks due to anxiety issues. I have been experiencing difficulty urinating. It takes me a few minutes to get started, and then an hour or two later sometimes it feels as if I have to go again. I was wondering if it could be a side effect from the celexa being a stronger strenth. I am a 31 year old male.

This isn't listed as a side effect, but it does sound like you may have an issue with your prostrate. See your doctor and get it checked out. Best wishes!
