Hi just wondering how you are doin now, I see this is a post from 08 but I have had all the symptoms you have mentioned and for a few years now so I feel your pain. I don't get the chest pain or heart pain but I get ALL the other stuf and I feel just like that it's like it comes in waves together. This is the first time I've heard anyone describe it though as well as you have. Strange. I also have many other weird symptoms that I'm hesitant to say here but have you checked into morgellons disease yet..
That's what I'm sure I have. It's the government!

sounds like your having a rough time, i have these feelings to and so do many others on this forum. i think therapy would help cause you already realise anxiety is a cycle and CBT helps you break the cycle. do your family support you?
you cannot let anxiety rule you, you have to rule IT, i hate going on holidays, going out etc but you gotta make yourself do it. i had to go on holiday last year cause my hubby and son needed it i panicked all the way there and couldn wait to get home...yeah i still had the symptoms but i made it bac alive and actually when i think back actually enjoyed myself a little bit, put it this way i would rather have chest pains in the sun on the beach rather than in the cold and rain. these symptoms wont kill you and you gotts remember that

I'm 35yrs old, I realise my body symptom always comes in packages,
1) tension headache with stiff neck , choke and tinnitus
2) chest pain, breathless, face tingling,
3) diarreao, gastric pain, stomach bloating, belching
4) numbess of hands or legs
Beside having all those, I also have problem sleeping, I will wake in the middle of the night feeling my chest pain and headaches. And in the morning I will be nausea and feel
like vomiting. Sometimes gets very confuse and can't even express myself. I cannot leave my house alone, cannot goes for holiday, cannot do all the things I like to do.
My lifes becomes up-side down since 2years ago, I started this problem. Everydays live with fear, pain, and torture..... The package will comes on and on like a cycle never stop.

They will keep coming as long as you continue to think that it is catastrophic, in my experience with this.  I have spent a long time trying to learn about this and by talking it through with a therapist, and applying what I have learned, I believe it has actually made me a much more patient and well rounded person (hopefully!).  I still feel all the aches and pains.  Heck, I can feel my body rocking to the beat of my heart as I sit here typing.  It is like learning to do anything in life....when you first learned to ride a bike, you probably just didn't jump right on and that was it; you probably had a tricycle, training wheels, etc and it took awhile to learn how to do it.  The same is true with this; you will not become 'cured' overnight, but by learning and applying what you learn is a great way to tackle this.  I don't want to oversimplify it because it is REALLY hard and for me the most difficult part was convincing myself that there was nothing medically wrong with me even though I felt all of these 'symptoms.'

Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like...we are all in this together and there are so many people here that know EXACTLY what you are going through!

Thanks for your reply! You sound like very calm even you still can feel every little ache,
how you manage that? I just can't convince myself that I'm alright with all the continueus
pain that I'm going through. Sometime I thought I could distract it by keeping myself busy
but no way, it's just keep coming, even I'm sleeping I can still felt the pain. Are you like this before??? How? Tell me how to be as confidence as you? Thank you very much!!!

Health anxiety can manifest itself in many different ways.  I assume you have been to your doctor and had the necessary tests and everything turned out fine.  My anxiety was actually centered around heart health, like many people in this forum.  I still can feel every little ache, pain, skipped beat, etc.  In my opinion, it is how we interpret these feelings.  While many people don't give it a second thought, anxiety often causes us to catastrophicsize our thinking and to assume the worst when overwhelmingly they are normal bodily sensations.  Have you been to a therapist to discuss this?  Knowledge about this situation is the best way to confront it in my opinion.  Please keep us posted.
