I'm going to make something up. What is the possibility of you being allowed to sit in class, near the door, until you feel ill and need to leave? In time you might sit longer and longer until you re-adpated. On the other hand, if what you are really looking for is a way to keep out of school, that might not work. I don;t mean that you are, necessarily, consciously trying to stay out -there may be something else going on -someone bully's you or embarrasses you -whatever.

Regardless of what's happening, counseling will help you get where you need to do, so run my ideas by someone who knows you better and is medically qualified to express an opinion.

Best wishes; we're glad you're here.

I had severe agrophobia during school and JSGeare's suggestion of sitting by the door was something I would regularly put into practice - for me, knowing that I COULD leave if I ever needed to really helped with those "what if" feelings.

I also agree that counseling would be beneficial for you.

Well i am doing that in some classes, The thing is im affraid of some lessons more than others. For e.g I.C.T im normally never worried about it. But things like english, science and french. Also one of the learning support teachers who looks generally after me (gives me work) is trying to force me back into the lessons, which i think every one would aggree thats painfull?

Well, looks like I get 3 votes!

Tell me, what is it about some classes that makes them more difficult than others? The subject matter? Teacher's attitude? Something about the physical room? Time of day? What? I think if you drill down on that we may get closer to the mental block.

I look forward to hearing from you.

sorry about my slow replay and thanks for your help so far!
i think the teachers attitude plays a massive part in it. As the ict are always up for a joke and i would classify them as 'friends'. Im having a hard time atm, with me thinking im suffering heart paines and suffering from bowl paines, kidney paines, arm paines, stomach paines feeling sick all the time. Ive been thinking about getting my self hypnotized so i woudnt think of being ill and scared etc, is this a good idea? Im currently in my last year of school in the uk (Year 11) and that includes all the exams!. So im looking to conquer this fast but still at my own pace. Which were the learning support person comes in, Shes kind of putting more pressure on me which i cant handle with and you know people dont understand how it feels to have that. About the classrooms, ict rooms feel more at home as im at my pc quite alot. Also if the class is a smaller group of people it helps alot! Also im dyslexic which your probley noticed :) So i do struggle in lessons like english, science, french and so on. Thanks look forward from hearing from you
