I was taking a tablet ZAPTRA 25 of INTAS company which contains: Paroxetine 25 mg as extended release and Clonazepam 0.5 mg as Immediate release. This was given to me by Doctor for 4 to 5 months. I am having the problem of Pseudovertigo as per doctors opinion. Physically I fee imbalance and never fell down due to vertigo/giddiness. I am facing this problem from 4- 5 years. Doctor says that it is pseudovertigo / anxiety. All reports like MRI of brain with Angiography, MRI of lumber, spinal, neck is normal. Chest X ray, sonography of abdomen is normal. Retinal examination is normal. No ENT problem. Echo, CT angiography for heart is normal. I am taking Ecosprin AV 75 mg for mild ectesia reported in CT angiography (heart) report. Mainly I face the problem of feeling of imbalance and left leg involuntary movement. I don't have any type of stress or tension. No family problem, No financial problem, nothing at all. From last 2 days Doctor stopped ZAPTRA 25 and now prescribed plain Clonazepam 0.25mg at night and Franxit in the morning. (Once in a day only). When I stopped this ZAPTRA 25, from 2 days i am having a strong feeling of light headedness or frequent giddiness in head which i cann't explain exactly. What should I do? Is it a withdrawal effect of ZAPTRA 25? OR Adverse effect of FRANXIT? How to diagnose my problem? I walk speedly for one hour everyday exactly 5.5 kilometers. I am very confident person, not having any fear. Please help me/suggest me.
