Cold Night Sweats

I've had these night sweats for years. Everytime I get a little shiver I start to shake and then after awhile I start to sweat. Usually this is only in the winter. It hasn't happened in a few months but last night my husband turned up the air conditioner and then I felt this shiver through my body. So I put the comforter on and tried to get warm all the while I'm sweating. I would love it if someone had experienced this. It would be nice to know I'm not alone. Thanks.

I suffer from anxiety, and I've been getting REALLY BAD night sweats the past few nights. I wake up... shirt is wet, my whole body is clammy. It's anxiety. Anxiety can cause so many physical problems... which in my case.. leads to more anxiety. Hope this helped! Take care of yourself! =)
