Constant Diziness.. Is it Anxiety?

Hi. I'm having constant slight diziness and head pressure (forehead and nose part) for a week now ever since I've experienced my first panic attack. Ever since I've experienced the PA, I got excessively anxious about my health and keep thinking that i have other diseases. Right now, I'm trying to control my anxiety and I am feeling better for a while, but the diziness and head pressure is still there. Is it normal? When will it subside? Anyone who had experiences like me?

I'm not familiar yet with drugs and medications since these feelings that I had was just recent, and now this constant diziness bothers me alot. Any idea when will it go away? Maybe I can able to manage my anxiety easier if this diziness will go away. It limits me from my physical activities alot. I hope someone can give me insight.

Are you on any medication for your anxiety or panic attacks? I was put on Effexor after weeks of panic attacks that turned into depression as I was to scared to leave the house even with somebody I just wanted to be at home where I felt safe, Effexor after a few weeks were my life saver until I weaned off them and was panic free for 3 years then bang it came back went on another med fluoxetine and again had to wait a few weeks to feel back to normal which I did for 12month then weaned off until 5 weeks ago bang it came back again and they put me back on fluoxetine they started to work but not good enough this time until I put my foot down I'm now on day 4 of mirtazapine and have up and downs but sleep is great off them just waiting for the happy feeling again now and be back to my normal self x just remember your not alone in all of this there's loads of people who suffer x
