Constant changes of mood and feelings of "inner pressure"

Hey,

I'm 22 year old BA. I would describe my problem through a couple of symptoms and behaviors:

- Feeling tension inside (tensed up all the time, feeling "under pressure")
- My brain jumps from one thing to another all the time, problems focusing
- Feelings of wasting time (besides the obvious workaholic signs)
- "I don't know what next" is a phrase that causes fear and anxiety
- Anger attacks during which, I want to break something (rarely in action)

In the last year this symptoms became a bit stronger, but not intolerable. Any objective insight would be highly appreciated, because the symptoms often causes us to get stuck in our heads without really seeing the problem from a distance.

Thanks in advance,

I'd probably see about seeing a therapist to see if you can figure out if something is going on that's causing this angst.  Exercise and meditation and learning some breathing techniques will probably help as well.
