Controlling my Anxiety, advice please?

I've asked a few question's on here before, but now i need some advice, i'm 19.
Basically next week i'm taking my 14 year old cousin to a theme park here in the U.K, i'm not exactly a dare devil like she is thankfully so we won't be going on any big thrill ride's. But i'm a bit worried in how my Anxiety will react.
I do get panic attacks quite out of the blue when i'm anxious or a few hour's or day's later, and i don't really like being in big crowds too much but i know i'm going to have to face that fear, i'm definately one of those people that gets really nervous before going on ride's and i really don't want my Anxiety to cause problem's during a ride so i know i've gotta be relaxed and talk myself outta it.
I will take my Beta Blocker's before i go which should help the palpitation's but not all the symptom's i get, like dizziness and neck pain.
I know i have to face my fear's when it come's to Anxiety, cos i really want to enjoy myself cos i don't go out much and it would be nice to do something.
I will be fine on some ride's but i know on other's i will be anxious.
So anyone got any advice in how to prepare for it all? Anything i can do to calm the Anxiety?
My cousin doe's know about my panic attack's so i know if i feel a bit unwell she'd be like " oooo don't worry let's go and sit somewhere! " i swear she look's after me more than i look after her lol.
Thankyou! x

My therapist has always told me to picture yourself at the place you feel you will be anxious. Then once you see yourself there, picture yourself doing everything, ANXIETY free. Make sure you do it in great detail. Really feel yourself there and feel that you have no anxiety It really helps. Also, maybe exercise or run before hand. I did this and it helped a lot. I got on my treadmill and pictured myself running all the anxiety out of me. it works. I promise!

your best bet is to not work yourself up over this it will just make it worse when the day comes. try to  breathe deeply and think to yourself that it will all be better and it will go away. Try to get exercise this will help and if you start to have a panic attack don't worry lots of people do just have fun. hope it all goes well
