Conversion Disorder, GAD

I have had conversion disorder since 2008.  After 4 years of "symptoms" and 2 years of therapy for PTSD, I am still having bouts of confusion that mimic a stroke.  I have had all of the usual CD symptoms to include slurred speech, loss of balance, ataxia and still have mild symptoms even now.  How long should I expect "symptoms" to prevail and when should I get evaluated by another neurologist for rechecks?  So far my GP has written me off as crazy and does not even discuss my symptoms even though they are the same.  Any thought or opinions?
