Could these symptoms be of anxiety?

Hi. I have neck problems that is pressure in the back of my head and constantly cracking because of the pressure I would feel. Lately though I had numbness tingles in my toes and almost everywhere. One day all of a sudden I felt tingles big time on top of my head a week and a half ago. Last Friday, my ears completely plugged up for a few minutes. Then this past Tuesday night I had really bad pressure on top of my head. It felt like it was going to explode. It lasted for like 4 hours and the only thing that helped somewhat was laying flat on my back on the ground. Also I would get a little bit of comfor just for a second or two if I tilted my head to either of the side. Then nothing much happened on Wednesday except pressure around my ears... still plugged feeling... then again last night I had really bad pressure around ears then on top of my head. When I went to lay down on the ground I was getting a noise like a wave in my ears would pass by would plug up then open up as the wave passed. It happened about three times. When I had the tingles in my toes and stuff I did go on the web and searched and found things on MS and maybe I got so worried that all this could be result of anxiety? plus neck issues exist already? I usually have problems with my ears that is they will feel full plugged awkward and do have balance problems for many years now... could this be a tumor? or just anxiety? Please help.
Thank you and wishing everyone a long happy healthy life.

a friend of mine said when she became pregnant her anxiety symptoms went away but then they started again... perhaps some of these are hormonal related? I'm not sure... you mentioned about birth control pills... just a thoght that came to my head... i'm not sure how they work but just a thought...

Hi, thank you very much for your response especially asking for an update. It shows that people really do care here. I saw the nurse practitioner yesterday. This is what she said.
Cervical neck pain
Radioculpathy
Muscle tension H/A
Trapezius muscle spasms
Eustachian Tube dysfunction

Gave me muscle relaxant
Ibuprofene 800 mg
nasal spray
Physical Therapy

My face like the whole cheek feels hot numb tingly also my lips chin area. It feels like it is burning even asked my mom to touch she said both sides feel the same. The nurse practitioner said it may be caused by the nerves being pushed. I know some of my symptoms are due to stress and taking the whole worlds stress on myself all the time.
I hope that is all it is and nothing more serious with circulation, tumors, aneurysms or other bad things...
Thank you very much for your input once again. I hope from the bottom of my hear that yours and everyone elses ilnesses and anxiety is much better. Wishing everyone long healthy life.

Your symptoms are definitely anxiety. I have had the same weird sensations before, in the car, in the store, and other places. I have also had the whole stuffy ears, pain in the head. When you are anxious, something happens and the blood flow is restricted. I am not sure of the technical terms- but I know I have read that on axiety websites before. When the blood is restricted it can give you headaches, cause sore muscles, and pain. I found out that my birth control pill was causing my axiety. I stopped it three weeks ago, after being on it for 11yrs. I am starting to feel better, but still have a symptom here and there. Nothing like it used to be. I think if I were you, I would definitely try to talk with your doctor about possible meds. I told myself if going of the pill doesnt help within 3months or so, I am going to go to the doctor and see about getting something. Good luck and keep us posted!!

Yeah see you know its not your health :) you know its in your head.
good. but im sure your feelings are all in your head. you just need to stop thinking about it. relax and get your mind off of it. take a nice hott bubble bath  :) that always works. you'll be fine. do you take meds?

by the way, the sharp pains in your eyes is probably from your neck. I get them coming from back of my head all the way to my eyes... maybe some of our problems is muscular that we tense up so much and our necks hurt. I do have a problem with my neck already due to a car accident, but i'm sure the tensing up doesn't help much to it.

Thank you so much. Earlier tonight I had discharge in back of my throat post nasal I guess its called. My English isn't that great sorry. In any case, it wasn't thick but seemed like it was dropping all the time, then all of a sudden I thought it was blood maybe :( I do get blood on my tissue everytime I clean my nose in the morning or at night after they may get clogged up. Then, I felt like I was having upset stomach then I said ohh no, I'm gonna throw up that should be a definite sign of a tumor in my brain...Then I got shievers like crazy... maybe all of these are in our heads and we are making ourselves crazy by worrying so much about everything and everyone in life. At the end, we get all types of symptoms from pain to pressure in our heads to numbness and everything else. Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. I wish for your symptoms to disappear soon and wish you the best health and long happy life.
Best Regards, Megan.

You definitely have anxiety.  Try the zoloft.  These medications are wonderful, and they really do help.

No, I don't take meds. When I went to my doctor with balance problems long time ago... he always basis my symptoms with anxiety. He wanted me to take zoloft and I didn't. I think what I feel are panic attacks. All of a sudden, I feel like I need to concentrate while I'm just not doing anything all of a sudden I feel the urge to concentrate because I feel weird all of a sudden but I can't concentrate it feels like so many things are going on in my mind but can't relax nor concentrate. I feel like my mind is going to go crazy and I'm gonna die. However, when I get like that I don't tell anyone I just try to get better on my own because if anybody says anything at that point it just makes it worse and one is just trying to get better and feel better at that time but only if one could relax and concentrate on one single thing but one can't seem to be. However the recent ones I've felt were as follows. The first one that happened was in the car at night... I was looking out as usual and all of a sudden the distance seemed weird like my visual perspective has gona haywire type... I felt the need to just concentrate I found myself to just sit more straight in the car (I was a passanger) then my heart raced like crazy like it was racing more and more and more like I couldn't breath anymore type like I was going to pass out. I took my cell phone trying to concentrate on something so I don't concentrate on my symptoms but I couldn't concentrate on that either. I was holding cell phone than letting it go then trying to feel better etc. it's just crazy. later it went away... do others feel that like you go out and sometime maybe we try to concentrate more on things and then they just seem too far away or weird sensations one feels as a result and all of a sudden these symptoms come? Sometime, with my symptoms it also happened twice, while in shower, all of a sudden I felt awkward again anxiety or panic attack type and I got out of shower at that time right away and just paced in the hallway back and forth and saying I just want to feel better... :(((
sometime I wonder if my brain doesn't get enough blood and these happen or are they just anxiety. Also, sometime I get the really bad balance problems that last for few days but so far only 3, 4 times.
Thank you for reading my symptoms and responding to them. I really appreciate it. Wish Best Wishes to Everyone. Long healthy life to all of you.
