Could this be a symptom of my anxiety

I woke up with my back killing me and pain similiar to gallbladder pain (only thing is that my gallbladder is removed)
This happens occasionally. Has this happened to you? if so what could this be.. thanks

Since you no longer own a gallbladder, we can, as you say, rule THAT out as a possible cause of your back pain.
Since back pain is on the top ten list of virtually everyone in the known universe, it's really difficult to even guess at yours. There are a ton of reasons why your back could hurt ranging from a lousy mattress to kidney stones.
I have back pain every morning, but mine is from arthritis and a recent injury to one of the major muscles in my back.
If this continues, I would definitely see the doctor about it. You're obviously concerned enough to write to an anxiety forum regarding it, so while we can all probably relate to back pain, we can't tell you why YOU are experiencing it.
I'm sure it's nothing, but only your doc can tell you for sure.

I too have back pains and ghost gallbladder pains. I had mine removed about 2 months ago. I spoke to my surgeon regarding the pains and he stated that after 2 months I shouldn't have pain at all there. Especially since I didn't suffer from stones. If you did suffer from stones you may want to have the doc take a look and see if there are still stones stuck in your ducts. This could cause some of the pain. In my case, they chalked my pains up to anxiety. It has gotten a little less painful as time has gone by. I hope you find out what is causing your pains.

Thank you so much ! I think you are right...I will be seeing my doc next week tuesday , and make sure that i bring it to her attention
