Could this be anxiety related?

Two days ago I was walking around the store and this feeling came over me and overwhelmed my body. My heart began to pound, and all I could do was sit down and try to pace my breathing. Also, I've had trouble standing/walking at times. Plus, I've been really tired. I don't feel like myself.

Yesterday I went to the ER. They did an EKG, CT scan, blood work, and checked my breathing pattern. Everything came back as normal. I was told to drink lots of fluids  I have been under a lot of stress as of late, and I guess my question is: Is anxiety controlling my life or have I just caught some weird flu?

It could be anxiety if you've been under a lot of stress lately.  Anxiety can zap your energy. It's a really good thing that all of your tests came back normal. Is there any way you can get your stress level down?
