Cramps, aches, stabbing pains all over body?

I'm nearly 21 & have had Anxiety for a very long time but only the physical symptoms around 3 years.

I've got a really big weekend this week, which is completely stressing me out which has made me constipated which is stressing me out more.

I've noticed the past week or so symptoms i haven't really experienced before. I get an array of different types of pains all over my body at different times. Especially my Legs, i get mild cramps to like a burning feeling to stabbing pains to numbness & tingling. But these feelings can also be in other places. I do spend alot of time at my computer & i have bad posture & mild RSI but not sure if that's what's causing it all.

I've had blood work done in the past month - everything is fine. I do notice these feelings get worse when i am stressing & when i feel tense.

Has anyone experienced this? I'm scared it's something more serious (like you do!).

All anxiety, Unless otherwise stated by a doctor after many many tests. Anxiety can mimic every single disease, virus, infection and problem known to man. Keep this In mind when fighting your battles.

Thanks for replying! :)

It's not very nice is it? =/ my legs get so achy aswell! I haven't yet spoke to my Doctor about this specific problem but i have in the past had blood work cause i had tingling/numbless in my arms - but the blood tests came back normal.

Yeah, that's what i think, cause i have been more stressed than normal this past week, & i haven't had bad physical symptoms from Anxiety in quite a few months, it's just very bad timing!

I get the numbness/tingling /burning feeling in my legs when I get anxiety...in my legs but also all throughout my body.  If everything looks fine in your bloodwork and you've discussed this with a doctor...then it most likely is anxiety.  Dont be scared! Those are definitly symptoms of anxiety and your not alone, cause i get like that all the time when i have anxiety.
Your increase of stress is probably what is causing your new symptoms...
Good luck!
