Craziness

I will never go through all of this again. My story just shows how health anxiety takes on a life of its on. As I told many of you I turned a simple tension headache and some light headedness into a brain tumor which led to a MRI, which led to no headaches and me thinking MS, which led to a neurologist appt, which also led to not eating and a nervous stomach and stomach problems, which led to no MS but thinking I had kidney problems, which lef to a blood panel I do yearly with my cardiologist, which led to feeling like I had a UTI even though there was no bacteria or high white blood cell counts. Which led to yesterday.....I go to a urologist. I'm not sure if anyone knows this but if a guy is having UTI symptoms they check the prostate. I didn't have serious symptoms. Twice I had some discomfort and trouble going basically. My wife was with me..lol. They checked the urine..nothing. He gave me the jelly finger..TMI..lol...nothing he could find. They did a scan of my bladder..nothing in there. So going off the symptoms I gave all he could guess was Prostatitis. He said it was no big deal..like a sinus infection..but he couldn't tell if it was bacterial or not. He gave me a prescription to take 4-6 weeks of the anti-biotic Bactrim but since I have had stomach problems I really don't want to take it that long. I went to my gastro after this appt and he was great but gave me a stronger dose of the med I was taking for the stomach stuff but without the anti-urinary properties. Both docs thought the one med may have caused the dtoppage of urinary things and caused the other stuff..even though it usually doesn't happen for 37 year olds. Anyways, sorry for the story but here I am with a bad stomach and a fear of getting on the anti-biotics and all along I probably had nothing....what happened to the headaches..lol. What a flipping mess.

i so understand what you are saying, I have the same thing except for breathing, i have asthma, and heart palps sometimes, I have chronic sinusitis, When I get dizzy i think I have a brain tumor. Eye disturbances, headaches, you name it I have it. I am so tired of feeling like this. Now this weekend I am going out of town for a wedding that i really don't want to go and I have been having bad anxiety all week. i feel so awful. I don't know how to get through it with minimal sypmtoms, and I certainly don't want to make a fool of myself. I wish this would end. Like you, i feel like this is such a mess, but I am glad to listen to you  and eveyone else's stories as I feel a little better. all the best

Sorry to hear about your on goping struggle. My major problem now is getting back to where I was 3 weeks ago. I've never been this way except for 2 panic attacks dealing with the heart deal I've had. EVERY doctor says the same thing to me.."why are you worried when you are completely healthy." I'd give anything to blow of fthat MRI take some Tylenol and go have a beer with friends. Now I created the mess and all along not one thing was wrong. If I can just get my stomach right I feel relaxed now.

i know about the stomack, ive been down with mine 8 weeks , am trying to eat more but a little at a time, try yogart, ensure drinks are good for you , eat jello anything to put in there . i started back on klonopin last night could not take it anymore , i think it will help my stomack get back and than, going try and go off of it, because i have never had this problem mine are from my moms health shes good now so once i get stomack back i hope to be over it . ive lost 21 pds ,so i know how bad it is when you cant eat, but try you will heal better .

The funny part is that I'm hungry and craving food yet my system hasn't gotten back into shape. I don't even think I have the Prostatitis but the doctor decided to make a diagnosis with mystmptoms. There is no way I want to take an ati-biotic for 4-6 weeks

hey topher, My stomach doesn't feel right When I went to the doctors last week I lost 5 pds cause I have a very bad appetite.Hang in there guy you are goimg to be fine.Ill be moving friday hopefully when Im settled in Ill feel better........

Like I said the first 2 weeks were bad and I lost 5-10 lbs but now I'm eating fine..just can't get my stomach straight.

Try to relax yourself everything is going to be fine.I woke up this morning to a nervous stomach Im moving tomorrow and worried about everything my mind is racing I can't stand living like this it's terrible but we can fight this stress/anxiety...........Best wishes

Thanks. My stomach feels great now..having a good day with it. Now I have a sore throat. I think my wife thinks I make up a symptom a day. This is just allergies and all but it still is horrible after all this other ****. I feel like it never ends.
