Day 15..... Help with Anxiety

I am on day 15 of my Withdrawl (withdrawal) from ultram that I ONLY took for 2 months, and had NO idea i would have any withdrawal at all. My question today is, When will i be able to sleep? BETTER yet... WHEN will this feeling of anxiety that comes on WHEN I LAY DOWN ONLY go away?  i am EXHAUSTED.. i lay down, sleepy as all get out, feeling decent (hank GOD the horrid withdrawals are all but over except anxiety and sleeplessness)and BAM i am wide awake and there is serious anxiety in my chest and abdomen. little shocky feelings, but not as bad as before. DOES this go away? or am i stuck with it? HELP. i so need encouragement. I see all the horror story's here but I surely need someone to tell me that the end is near of this hell.........Anxiety for ME- and the depression I had- is the WORST. When will it end? Ballpark? i was taking no more than the max dosage for only 2 months.    Thanks Shaianne.

i do feel for you! we are all different so i dont know when it will end for you,but day 15 is quite a way along so hopefully it will ease off, perhaps you could try some relaxation classes/therapy,? have you tried some valarien root? that did help me , and some deep breathing exercises, i really wish you well, take care.

i am So stupid. I was so crippled with anxiety today I TOOK an ULTRAM! After 15 flipping days, and I dont even crave the stupid drug. I just want to feel normal for a day! i cant take the anxiety- its driving me crazy! is this gonna make me go thru all the hell again?! please please let me know. i dont have any money right now for the valerian root or any other meds, etc.....

Talk to a psychiatrist and get put on an anti-anxiety medication.  I used to feel a sense of normalcy on opiates.  It's  false sense of normal.  See a psychiatrist.  Don't go back o ultram

I'm right in your shoes..the anxiexy is with me non-stop..I have klonopin and that doesn't help....My Dr. said it was because I quit Morphine and Fentynal CT...I sure hope so..But I've always struggled with anxiety and depression...I know how badly you feel.

please go to your dr. he/she can give you something thats not a narcotic or addictive,
ultram is not the answer and will exasperate the anxiety. i know you are suffering, i think its the worse symptom of opiate/synthetic opiate withdrawal. god bless.
