Depersonalization disorder

I'll try to sum this up the best i can, I had my first panic attack when i was about 12 in resturaunt with my family, mainly I felt like everything was fake and that there was going to be an inevitable end, but it came and passed and i thought nothing of it, it happened again when i was 14 at my uncles house but this time my whole body felt numb and i was unable to stay still so i went outside and started jogging and that helped. Now im 16 and about a year ago i used marijuana for a while, but one time while in canada i was smoking but then i felt depersonalization coming on it lasted about half an hour i tried taking a nap, listening to music (taylor swift if its any concern) the next day the depersonalization was gone, but i just felt "off" in some way, and to this day every single day i will have moments when what the experts would call becoming "self aware" its like being in between normal and depersonalization, when this happens I can either find something to occupy my mind, or I will cave in and have a DP moment, these moments are especially harsh when im laying in bed with nothing to think about but DP. when I am "self aware" I will be jittery and will try extremely hard to avoid the DP but sometimes i with think "what if the moment will happen anyways without my control" and that is no help and will fall into DP, I just want to know if there is anything  to help me avoid thinking of these things

Have you ever tried cognitive behavioral therapy? Maybe that would help you train your mind. I personally am uneducated about dp.....but maybe therapy would help.
