Depersonlization

by bags2, May 03, 2008 03:50PM
I have depersonalization and I took before is Prozac i did the opposite for me it made me feel worse, Now I'm on zoloft and I'm fine, I had something change the fog and the tunnel feeling went away it's like it lifted a little, but sometimes I still don't feel well like there's something wrong with my brain, before it's like when I went some where or did something I could play it in my mind but now since I have this thing I can't, I don't feel well sometimes, and other times I have energy, I hate this feeling, I bought a book about depersonalization and it's a good book, but still I have small problems, I do what I can so I can stay positive and mind off, But sometimes I want to do more so I can feel even more better, and i just don't know what to do. So if you can help I thank you alot.
